Job description

The Thyme family is growing and we are looking for multiple new chefs at various levels - Commis Chef, Chef de Partie and Jnr Sous Chefs - to join our burgeoning team.

A member of the kitchen team across our exciting and expanding F&B offering at Thyme, you will be working alongside our Chef Director Charlie Hibbert, a true master of modern, seasonal British cooking. With an ingredient led ethos, our food is all about the best produce, cooked simply.

With extensive kitchen gardens on site, you will work in close collaboration with the garden team to create truly seasonal and farm to plate dishes using picked-that-day ingredients, learning how things grow and partaking in harvests. One kitchen team working together to deliver exceptional food across the multiple restaurants, your weeks' work will be varied, fun and rewarding. We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join this team.

Start dates are between now and May, a wonderful time of year to join as the productive gardens come into full swing, our Ox Barn terrace opens and the sun really starts to shine!

Based in the rolling Cotswold hills, it is a beautiful area to live and work. If you are considering relocating, we have generous relocation options available, including a relocation bonus to get you set up on your own or team accommodation.

Salaries start at £28,000 to £36,000 (depending on experience) base only, with very generous service charge and team rewards, including an extra day's holiday for your birthday, Christmas day off and significant discounts across Thyme to name but a few.
