Rochcare is seeking a Chef to deliver daily catering for a modern care home, preparing nutritious meals and desserts and supporting seasonal events.
You will join a family-run team with hours 7.30am to 5pm, four days a week with alternate weekend work. The role offers a £13.02 per hour rate plus a £250 welcome bonus, with opportunities for development and progression.

As a Chef you should be passionate about delivering exceptional food to the ladies and gentlemen we support, providing a daily catering service for the home and where necessary the provision of meals for seasonal events.
The ideal candidate should have a natural passion for preparing and serving exceptional food and should understand and respect the positive impact seasonal, fresh, nutritious food has on the wellbeing of each resident in their care.
The post holder will need to show respect, understanding the rights for privacy and demonstrate high professional standards of propriety in their day-to-day work. The ideal candidate should also show a keen interest in learning and growing their skills through additional required training, peer mentoring and frequent performance reviews.
Full-time, Part-time and Permanent (hours to be discussed at interview)
