Job summary

Haven in Weymouth is seeking a Chef to join our vibrant kitchen and help deliver memorable dining experiences for guests. Working from our flexible all-day menu, you'll prepare high-quality dishes that are full of flavour and presented to a high standard.

You'll collaborate with a supportive team, maintain a clean, safe kitchen, monitor stock and place orders as needed, while following food safety rules. The role offers training, development opportunities and shifts that include evenings,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Chef role (e.g. Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, or Sous Chef).
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Enthusiastic team player with a love for food and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy kitchen environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
