Job Introduction
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 5 out of 7 days per week, various shifts starting from 5:00 and finishing at 19:30
  • £14.21 per hour

About the Role

As a Chef at Sodexo at RAF Halton, Wendover, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP22 5PG, you will be passionate about culinary excellence and committed to providing high-quality service for our armed forces personnel, enhancing their daily experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in running service, preparation, and other duties in a busy kitchen environment
  • Ensure strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
  • Collaborate with the FOH team to deliver service excellence
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standards
What You Bring
  • NVQ Level 2/3 or experience in a busy kitchen environment
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience in menu production and confident input
  • Exposure to bulk cooking
  • Enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills
