Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare dishes according to specifications in a clean and safe kitchen environment.
2. Follow the instructions of the Head Chef to ensure all prep and par are completed for each shift.
3. Help ensure every customer leaves satisfied with their meal.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, Commis Chef, or a willingness to learn.
• Driven, positive attitude, and a relentless work ethic.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Self-motivated and able to work at pace with limited supervision.
• Strong knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety best practices.
