The Role:

We have an amazing opportunity for a Chef to join us at our High Lodge Thetford Forest Café.Working as part of an enthusiastic team who run the café, alongside the Chef. The main duties to include:

• Daily you will organise and control the busy catering operation ensuring a successful and efficient service is provided.
• You will prepare, and present food to the highest quality.
• You will work with the manager on ordering of stock.
• Serve hot and cold food to the visiting customers
• Identifying customer requirements with allergies
• Ensure all legislation and procedures are adhered to.
• Light kitchen duties, washing dishes and cleaning
