Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Chef for The Red Lion. You will master the menu, work in a close team, and serve dishes guests return for in a welcoming pub setting.

You will prepare before service, cook to the menu, and uphold top standards of cleanliness and safety. The role includes shifts, staff discounts across our brands, and potential for progression within the group.

• Experience as a chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Commitment to high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

As a Chef at the Red Lion, you will master our menu, with your food being the reason guests keep coming through our doors! You’ll enjoy working in a team, serving up food to be proud of.
