David Lloyd Clubs Ltd in Sunderland is seeking a Chef to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will learn new skills, work with great people and be integral to our food development journey.

We use quality ingredients and value ideas for menu additions via our Chef Forums, creating an inclusive culture where you can thrive. We look for someone with strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations, who is self-motivated and passionate about customer service.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in quality food.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes using quality ingredients.
• Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times.
