Côte Brasserie in Reigate is seeking a skilled Chef to join our brigade and craft exceptional plates during service. You will execute menu items to brasserie standards with speed, accuracy, and finesse.

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Prev. work in French-inspired kitchens.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items to brasserie standards with speed, accuracy, and finesse.
• Maintain a clean, organised, efficient workspace before, during, and after service.
• Assist with prep, stock rotation, labelling, and kitchen organisation.
• Uphold strict food safety & hygiene standards.
