Côte Brasserie is seeking a skilled Chef to join our brigade and craft exceptional plates during service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision and consistency, and enjoys working as part of a tight-knit, professional team.

You’ll execute menu items to brasserie standards with speed and finesse, maintain a clean, organised workspace, assist with prep and stock rotation, and uphold strict food safety and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook/chef in a high-volume or French-inspired kitchen.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure.
• Genuine passion for food, craft, and culinary growth.
