We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to lead our kitchen team and craft high-quality Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will be a master of the Tandoor oven, with excellent barbecue skills and a passion for delivering top-tier dishes.

1. Lead and manage a team of chefs to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
2. Develop and execute a premium Indian menu, including tandoori and barbecue specialties.
3. Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
4. Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control.
5. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
