Job description

The Crabshell Inn is uniquely situated with a waterside location in Kingsbridge, Devon. With a south-facing aspect and glorious estuary views, it offers ample seating inside and out, making it an ideal spot to enjoy well-prepared food and drinks. Guests can watch boats, stand-up paddlers, and children crab along the embankment, creating a family-friendly atmosphere.

The inn has ample parking and is a five-minute walk from Kingsbridge town centre or a 30-minute boat trip from Salcombe. Known affectionately as The Crabbie, it is a welcoming place at the heart of the community, offering great times all year round.

We are looking for an ambitious Chef with experience in a fast-paced environment to join our talented kitchen team. You will work alongside passionate people, cooking with locally sourced produce to delight our guests. As a chef, you will ensure correct procedures and specifications are followed, utilizing menu flexibility to adapt offerings to meet business and guest needs.
