A leading catering service provider seeks a Chef for HMP Altcourse to supervise meal production and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety. As a Chef at HMP Altcourse, you'll play a crucial role in supervising and coaching prisoners in the production of over 1200 meals three times a day.
You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen awareness. Your commitment to overseeing cleaning procedures, stock rotation, and adherence to Health & Safety procedures will impact daily kitchen operations and foster a positive, secure environment. You will be working alongside prisoners.
If you have a City and Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ Level 1 and 2 diploma in food production and cooking, coupled with industrial catering experience, and share our passion for creating positive change, we invite you to join our team.
