Prezzo Ltd is seeking kitchen staff who want to grow through three levels: Level 1 with full training, Level 2 with broader section coverage, and Level 3 with proficiency across all sections. We value energy, a love of food, and teamwork.

You’ll be supported by a central team of chefs and have access to appropriate tools and technology to keep orders flowing. Experience isn’t essential to start at Level 1; attitude matters and we’ll teach the rest.

Formación

• Level 1 offers full training and support from experienced chefs.
• Level 2 requires kitchen experience and confidence on more than one section.
• Level 3 requires proficiency across every section and knowledge of food safety/allergens.

Responsabilidades

• Cook the Italian classics properly.
• Prep fresh ingredients and cook every dish to spec.
• Cover your sections confidently through prep and service and learn new ones as you grow.
• Maintain quality during peak times and collaborate with front of house to ensure correct plating.
• Follow food safety, allergen and health and safety procedures and keep your area clean and well stocked.

Our chefs grow through three levels, based on how many sections of the kitchen you can cover. You start at Level 1, develop at Level 2 and reach mastery at Level 3. Whatever your experience, we'll find the right level for you, and rates of pay are different depending on your level and experience. Level 1: start You're starting your kitchen career. You'll learn to prep and cook our dishes the right way, alongside experienced chefs who want to see you succeed. New to kitchens? You'll get full training and a team that has your back from day one. Level 2: develop You've got some kitchen experience and you're ready to build on it. You can cover several sections with confidence, cook every dish properly, and keep adding new sections as you grow. Level 3: mastery You're one of the most experienced cooks in the kitchen. You're proficient across every section, so you can step in wherever you're needed, keep things moving when it's busy and support your Sous Chef when needed. At Prezzo Italian, it all comes down to two things: the impression we make and the connections we build. Every guest should leave feeling genuinely looked after, not just served. That starts with how we treat each other. Teams who look out for one another, have fun together and take pride in what they do create the moments guests remember and come back for. Food is one of our key pillars, so you'll have support from our central team of chefs and the right tools to get it right every time. Our dedicated chefs website shows exactly what every dish should look like and the right ingredients that go into it, and some of our restaurants use QSR kitchen technology to keep every order flowing. • Keep quality consistent, even on the busiest nights.

Being part of the team

• Help your teammates when it gets busy, and step in wherever the kitchen needs you.
• Work closely with front of house so every plate goes out right.

Keeping standards high

• Follow food safety, allergen and health and safety procedures every time.
• Keep your section clean, organised and well stocked.
• At Level 3, help with stock rotation, ordering and keeping waste down.
