Prezzo Ltd is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join Prezzo Italian in the UK. You’ll keep plates, pans and kit spotless, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and support chefs during busy periods. Training is provided, and you’ll be part of a team focused on warm hospitality and great food.

You’ll demonstrate reliability, energy, and a willingness to muck in, helping the team deliver excellent guest experiences every shift.

• Wash and put away plates, pans and equipment quickly and carefully.
• Keep the kitchen, stores and bin areas clean and organised.
• Take in deliveries and put them away properly.
• Help the chefs with basic prep when needed.
• Help teammates when it gets busy.
• Follow cleaning, food safety and health and safety procedures at all times.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely.

As a Kitchen Assistant at Prezzo Italian, you're the engine of the kitchen. You keep plates, pans and kit spotless, keep the kitchen safe and organised, and help the chefs whenever they need a hand.
