The Fleet Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Chef to deliver high-quality meals that support resident wellbeing. You will take responsibility for food preparation, presentation, and service in a supportive kitchen environment.
With no late evenings or split shifts, you will enjoy a stable pattern and ongoing training. The role requires ensuring dietary needs are met, maintaining hygiene, and contributing to menu planning, working 36 hours per week at £15 per hour.
Our care home, nestled in the picturesque town of Dartmouth in Devon, provides exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 79 residents, offering a serene and supportive environment where quality care meets coastal charm.

As a Chef, you will deliver high quality, nutritious and enjoyable meals that are a key part of daily life. This is a role where your cooking has real impact, bringing comfort, routine and enjoyment while supporting overall wellbeing.
You will take ownership of food preparation and service, ensuring meals are tailored to individual dietary needs, preferences and nutritional requirements. Maintaining high standards of presentation, hygiene and food safety, you will consistently deliver meals that residents look forward to each day.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will contribute to menu planning, kitchen organisation and smooth day to day service. With no late evenings or split shifts, this role offers a strong work life balance while still allowing you to take pride in producing high quality food in a rewarding environment.
The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
