Job summary

Poco Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is hiring Chefs to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll cook fresh dishes to spec, support the Head Chef with prep and service, and help keep the kitchen clean, safe, and well organised across all shifts.

We offer up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. There are flexible contracts, career development, and access to Loungefest‑style events in a friendly, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to cook to spec and maintain high standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience
