Job Responsibilities

1. Plan, organize, and direct the kitchen team to deliver exceptional fresh and seasonal food to specification, ensuring that we never compromise on taste and quality.
2. Design and create new food dishes to ensure our menus are within season.
3. Drive sales and monitor costs through responsibly ordering via quality and preferred suppliers.
4. Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
5. Ensure all aspects of food safety, health, and safety are maintained.
6. Manage rotas and scheduling according to business needs.
7. Coach, train, and develop the junior team.
8. Monitor inventory and place orders for supplies as needed.
9. Maintain hygiene and health and safety standards within the kitchen.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Required
• Languages: English – Advanced
• Employment: Full-time
• Salary: £25,000 – £39,000 yearly
