Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Chef to join the Manor Farm team in Hull. You will master the menu and cook dishes to high standards, working within a supportive team to deliver meals guests are proud of.

As part of Sizzling Pub & Grill, you’ll support breakfast through to peak hours, with opportunities for progression and employee discounts across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a busy pub environment.
• Ability to cook to a high standard and know the menu inside out.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all prep before service and maintain mise en place.
• Cook dishes to the brand standards and ensure consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the kitchen.
