A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef to oversee a busy kitchen at an activity centre for young children and adults.
You will be a key member of the catering team, ensuring that catering operations run smoothly and efficiently during breakfast, lunch, and dinner times. Your responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and serving food while adhering to procedures. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, temperature checks, and allergy management.
The role involves working 5 days out of 7, totaling 42 hours per week, with overtime available. Shift patterns will be either 5.30am - 1.30pm or 1.30pm - 8.30pm.
We seek an experienced chef from a high-volume background, with some experience in managing or supervising within a busy environment. An enhanced DBS check is required.
