Job summary

Sodexo Ltd. is recruiting a Chef for RAF High Wycombe (HP14 4UE) in a MOD environment. You’ll prepare, cook and serve meals, maintaining strict hygiene and high standards while collaborating with front-of-house teams.

The role involves bulk cooking, event support and ongoing skill development in a busy kitchen. Residency in the UK is required to meet security criteria.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent kitchen experience.
• Basic IT skills.
• Experience with menu production and confident input.
• Exposure to bulk cooking in a high-volume environment.
• Enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, cooking and service of meals in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards in line with guidelines.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to deliver outstanding service.

What we’re looking for:
