Job summary

Côte Brasserie in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Chef to join our brigade and craft exceptional plates during service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision and consistency within a tight-knit, professional team.

You’ll work in a Parisian-inspired brasserie, with fortnightly pay, employee meals on shift, discounts for family and friends, and access to pay early through our partnership with Stream.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook/chef in a high-volume or French-inspired kitchen.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure.
• Punctuality, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items to brasserie standards with speed, accuracy, and finesse
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace before, during, and after service
• Assist with prep, stock rotation, labelling, and kitchen organisation
• Uphold strict food safety & hygiene standards
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture
