Qualifications

• Passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Able to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.
• Excellent communication within a kitchen team.
• Experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec for all-day menu from tapas to breakfasts.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Collaborate with FOH to deliver a great guest experience.

About the Role

Working alongside your Head Chef and team, you’ll make sure every dish hits spec, the kitchen runs smoothly, and standards stay high from prep to plate.

What You’ll do

• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience

What You’ll Bring
