Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Schedule:Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:00pm,Friday: 7:00am - 12:30pm

Salary: £28,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at our Triumph Motorcycles site in Hinckley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced catering environment with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and team collaboration.

As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent food and service standards while managing all aspects of kitchen operations. From daily cooking and menu planning to ordering supplies and preparing for hospitality events, your skills and leadership will be key to ensuring a high-performing kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes
  • Support with menu planning and development
  • Manage food ordering and stock control
  • Oversee hospitality catering for on-site events
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen
  • Lead by example to support a calm, positive working environment
