Job summary

Boat Inn is seeking a chef to master our menu and work as part of a friendly team at Vintage Inns, a collection of rural pubs. You will prepare for service, cook dishes you’re proud of, and uphold top standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a pub/restaurant.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare everything required before service.
• Cook dishes to a high standard and know the menu inside out.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
