Job summary

Côte Brasserie in Edinburgh is seeking a skilled chef to join our brigade and craft exceptional plates during service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering dishes with precision and consistency as part of a tight-knit team.

You will bring prior line cook/chef experience in a high-volume or French-inspired kitchen, stay calm under pressure, and share a passion for food, craft, and culinary growth while contributing to a positive kitchen culture.

• Previous experience as a line cook/chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Experience in French-inspired cooking is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
