Côte Brasserie in Horsham is seeking a skilled Chef to join our brigade and craft exceptional plates during service. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, values precision, and enjoys being part of a tight-knit, professional team.

You will execute dishes to brasserie standards while maintaining a clean workspace, supporting prep, stock rotation, and robust food safety. A collaborative spirit is essential.

• Previous experience as a line cook/chef in a high-volume or French-inspired kitchen.
