Thomas Franks Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead the salad and dessert sections for a 7‑day operation serving around 300 students and staff at a large boarding school.
The role involves cooking for both students and staff, managing a freshly prepared salad bar, and assisting with main course production when needed. 40 hours per week, full time, with permanent contract.
An established international boarding school for ages 14+ in the heart of Cambridge. Catering for 300 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of Breakfast, lunch and Dinner. This is a 7 day operation so shift patterns would usually be 5 over 7. There are goo transport links to this location.
