Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Chef to work at Vimy Officers’ Mess, Catterick Garrison DL9 3LS. You will manage food production levels to minimize wastage and support new team members in learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks. We provide contract catering services across the UK, including Defence, Judicial, private industry, and Education sectors. Our teams feature some of the best culinary talent in the UK.

Eligibility Requirements
  • UK residency for the past 3 years
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks

  • Full-time position, 35 hours/week, shifts between 06:30 and 20:00, including weekends

  • Following recipes to prepare and serve meals
  • Handling deliveries, stock checks, and maintaining kitchen records
  • Monitoring temperatures and completing daily paperwork
  • Performing daily and weekly kitchen cleans
Candidate Requirements
  • Relevant culinary qualification (e.g., 706/1 or 706/2)
