Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is looking for a Chef to join our Vintage Inns/Melville Inn team. You’ll master our pub menu, work with a close-knit kitchen crew, and deliver meals guests are proud of.

You’ll be part of a welcoming, busy kitchen, ensuring hygiene and standards are consistently met while developing your skills and enjoying the support of a large, people-focused pub group.

Qualifications

• Strong cooking skills with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Teamwork and communication in a busy kitchen.
• Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare everything needed before service.
• Cook dishes to a high standard and learn the menu inside out.
