Experience preferred in
preparation and cooking methods of fresh ingredients, creating new recipes to
fit in with our brand and ethos of the company, and work as part of our
ever-developing brand.

As part of our team, you will
need:

  • Proficiency in various cooking techniques,
    knowledge of different cuisines, and experience in preparing a wide range
    of dishes using different methods.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, communicate
    effectively with staff and customers, and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and sections,
    prioritize effectively, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Being passionate about food quality,
    presentation, time management and adherence to standards/specs.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
    and efficiently.
  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen,
    often including culinary school or relevant certifications that are
    accredited.
