As a Chef at Sodexo in St Georges Barracks, Upper Arncott, Bicester

What you'll do:

• Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
• Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
• Working with the FOH team to drive service excellence
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
• Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard

What you bring:

• NVQ lv 2/3 or a busy kitchen environment experience
• Basic IT skills
• Experience in menu production and confident input
• Exposure to bulk cooking
• The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills

Package Description

• 37.5 hours per week
• Shift pattern/ hours - 5 out of 7 to cover alternate weekends
• Shifts during week start 0630-1400 or 1030-1830
• May require some flexibility
• £16.05 per hour
