Job summary

Elior at work – Workdays Made Better with Great Food is seeking a Chef to join our catering team on site, delivering high-quality meals and friendly service. You will be a key member of the team, contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen and front-of-house operation.

You’ll work 30 hours across 5 days with 6-hour shifts, enjoying a supportive work environment, meal benefits, and opportunities to grow in a busy, diverse catering operation across the UK.

• Passion for food and guest-focused service.
• Experience in catering or food service environments.
• Ability to work on the front line and in a team.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Chef you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

• Ensure the food is to the highest standard
• Ensure the kitchen and service area are always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked
• Keep up to date with menus and what food is on offer
• Offer a warm and friendly service
• Ensure COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed

Working Pattern:

• 30 hours per week
• 5 out of 7 days
• 6 hour shifts
• Our site closes completely over the festive period and these days are covered using annual holiday allowance (5 days)
