Portico Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll cook to spec across all‑day menus, from tapas to lounge breakfasts, and support the Head Chef to keep standards high.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Reliable team player with energy and pace.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cook to spec across all-day menu from tapas to Lounge breakfasts.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep kitchen clean, safe, prepped and allergen compliant.

We’re hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Portico Lounge. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. What You’ll do

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience
