Job summary

B&Q Wellingborough is seeking a part-time Checkouts Customer Advisor to join a diverse team. The role covers early to late shifts across Monday to Sunday, with 10 hours per week and a permanent contract.

A customer-focused approach and willingness to learn on tills and new systems are essential for providing excellent service to our customers. You will be trained across areas and work as part of a friendly team, contributing to store standards and smooth checkout operations.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing with a customer-focused approach.
• Willing to work weekends and late shifts on a rota.
• Able to learn new technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkouts and on the sales floor.
• Support click & collect, displays and store presentation.
• Deliver great customer service and upsell where appropriate.
