Responsibilities:
  • You will be the first and last point of contact for our customers
  • You will manage the check-in and check-out process for rental vehicles, ensuring smooth and efficient service for all customers
  • You will conduct vehicle inspections, identifying any damage or defects, and complete the necessary paperwork to support a seamless rental experience
  • You will assist the branch team by transferring vehicles between locations and manage vehicle refueling
  • You will represent the premium SIXT brand by delivering outstanding customer service at all times
Requirements:
  • Adaptability: You excel in a dynamic environment and can work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate completion of all handover paperwork and vehicle inspections

  • Flexibility: You are open to work on a shift rotation to cover branch operating hours, ensuring continuous service
  • Driving License: You hold a valid driving license and bring a minimum of 12 months driving experience
