NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West (BOB) Integrated Care Board is the statutory NHS organisation responsible for planning and delivering health and care services for the communities of Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West.
The All Age Complex Continuing Care Service (AACCC) are looking for conscientious individuals to join our team in one of our three bases in Oxford, Reading or High Wycombe.
Main duties of the jobThe post holders will provide administrative support, working within an integrated administration team within Continuing Healthcare to assist in delivering every element of organisation required to support Band 4 Admin staff in the NHS Continuing Healthcare Pathway and other commissioned services. This includes supporting the sourcing of care provision and supporting all clinical staff within the Continuing Healthcare team.
The post holders will be required to liaise with other administrative and support staff within BOB ICB NHS Foundation ICB and a range of external contacts including other NHS ICBs, Social Services, Care Providers, Community Nurses and GPs and to respond to enquiries received from the general public.

Act as receptionist/first point of contact for the department, dealing with routine and specialist enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner, communicating relevant information to stakeholders, referring to others as appropriate.
Ensure that general office supply levels are maintained.
Responsible for sorting of all incoming post and ensure distribution to the relevant departments, and to ensure that all out going post is documented. To send post recorded delivery when requested.
Ensure that all complaints, comments and suggestions are dealt with appropriately, in accordance with policy, resolving where possible and escalating to line manager when appropriate.
To provide efficient administrative support to the AACC team.
To ensure that high standards of data quality and accurate recording are maintained, using the ICBs databases.
