Job summary

VIQU Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Chassis Design Engineer in Warwick with hybrid working arrangements (3 days in the office). You will join a focused chassis team to drive design from concept through validation and support.

The role emphasizes detailed chassis design, drawing production, BOM creation and collaboration across engineering functions to address manufacturing and field issues.

Qualifications

• At least 3–4 years' mechanical design experience in vehicles or heavy machinery.
• Ability to read and produce high-quality technical drawings.
• Confident communication and engineering decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Designing and detailing chassis systems, structures and mechanical components.
• Producing drawings and Bills of Materials.
• Supporting design reviews, DVP&R, and product validation.
• Resolving manufacturing and field-service issues through root-cause analysis.
• Collaborating with suppliers, customers and cross-functional teams.
• Considering manufacturability, cost, quality and performance.
