An opportunity has arisen to join our firm of Chartered Surveyors based in and around Greater London, carrying out a range of tasks across commercial and residential real estate.
About the company:
Longview Surveyors is a niche firm of Chartered Surveyors offering property consultancy to our clients. Within the existing team, we have a wealth of talent, providing a forensic level of insight and advice on a full range of property services.
The company provides a range of services which includes high-quality valuations to an existing client base which includes private banks, specialist lenders, building societies, and REITs/funds. The ideal candidate will also be able to provide other general practice services such as landlord and tenant advice, investment advice, development advice, and agency where required. Training can be provided across all sectors.
The Role:
About You:
We ask that all applicants have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in valuing properties - MRICS/FRICS qualification and Valuer Registration is a prerequisite. A full driving license is essential for this role.
