I'm currently working with a leading property consultancy that's expanding its rural estate management portfolio and looking to bring in a talented Chartered Surveyor into their growing North Yorkshire team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected firm known for its collaborative culture and diverse client base.

About the Role:

You'll be joining a team of experienced property professionals delivering a wide range of rural surveying services. This includes:

  • Estate and property portfolio management
  • Strategic advice to landowners and farmers
  • Valuations, agency, and rural grant applications
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Compensation and national framework contracts

You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage your own portfolio, and work closely with internal specialists across planning, development, energy, and natural capital.
