Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid working available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Home Reports, Mortgage Valuations, Building Surveys, and private valuation instructions
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting in line with RICS standards
• Manage client relationships with professionalism and integrity
• Work autonomously to manage your diary and meet client expectations
• Support the ongoing development of residential services in the region

Candidate Requirements:

• MRICS qualification (essential)
• RICS Registered Valuer (essential)
• Strong understanding of the Scottish residential market, particularly Edinburgh and the surrounding areas
• Proven experience in delivering residential valuation and survey work
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
