Job summary

Tyréns AKT in London is expanding its studio and seeks a Chartered Structural Engineer to lead the structural group at Associate level, reporting to the Management Director. You will oversee design and project management for large-scale structural and civil projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality information and timely deliverables.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of UK design standards, and the ability to mentor staff while engaging with clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Chartered Engineer status (CEng MIStructE / MICE or equivalent).
• Proven leadership experience in managing and delivering design for major building projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to manage a team and plan resources.
• Acting as a key client interface at a technical project level.
• Develop designs from early concept through final construction information.
