The Job:

Our client is seeking a Chartered Senior Landscape Architect with expertise in planning and Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects within a multidisciplinary consultancy, contributing to landscape strategies, planning applications, and environmental assessments. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality LVIAs, ensuring landscape considerations are fully integrated into development proposals.
The role involves collaborating with landscape architects, ecologists, and arboriculturists to create sustainable and innovative solutions. Responsibilities include leading the preparation of technical reports, engaging with clients and planning authorities, and providing expert landscape planning advice. Our client is currently looking for a Chartered Senior Landscape Architect specialising in planning and LVIA to join their growing team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to contribute to prominent projects within a multidisciplinary consultancy encompassing landscape architecture, ecology, and arboriculture.
The Candidate: We are seeking a Chartered Senior Landscape Architect with a strong background in landscape planning and assessment. The ideal candidate will possess CMLI status (Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute) and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in landscape architecture and planning. Key skills include expertise in preparing Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs), proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and landscape visualisation tools, along with excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.

The Package:

  • Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Benefits: 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
