About the Role:

You’ll be involved in all aspects of buildings surveying—from technical inspections and project management through to contract administration and stakeholder engagement. Your work will support the consultancy’s mission to deliver value for money, uphold industry standards, and consistently exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver cost-effective, high-quality surveying and project services
  • Follow established commercial, procurement, and contractual procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting deadlines and client objectives
  • Promote best practice, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong client relationships
What We're Looking For:
  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related technical discipline
  • MRICS or working towards membership of a recognised professional body
  • Proven experience delivering technical surveying services
  • Good knowledge of JCT contracts and project management methodologies
  • Strong track record of managing projects from inception to completion
  • Consultancy background preferred, with experience working across diverse sectors
  • Effective communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver
  • Committed to customer service excellence and delivering commercial value
