Your Role

• We seek staff for Chartered, Senior, or Principal Geotechnical Engineering roles to support complex projects and develop our technical capabilities.
• Key responsibilities include leading geotechnical and numerical modelling teams, pushing the boundaries of geotechnical design and analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

• Engineering degree, with MSc or PhD preferred.
• Experience with advanced numerical modelling software (e.g., FLAC, PLAXIS) and analysis validation.
• Strong communication skills, client liaison experience, report writing, and mentoring abilities.
• Chartered status or working towards it, with a valid UK driving license.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of advanced soil models and non-linear analysis.
• Programming skills (Python, C++).
• Experience in seismic geotechnical analysis, including foundation design, soil-structure interaction, liquefaction assessment, and ground improvement.
