Une petite entreprise de gestion de projets à Londres recherche un Chartered Quantity Surveyor pour un poste à temps partiel sur un contrat, impliquant des projets d'une valeur d'environ 6 millions de GBP. Qualifications

• Chauffeur Quantity Surveyor avec 10 ans ou plus d'expérience en PQS sur des projets à Londres.
• Expérience en gestion des coûts et contrôle budgétaire.
• Bonne connaissance des réglementations et normes du secteur de la construction au Royaume-Uni.

Responsibilities

• Préparation et gestion des contrats avant et après exécution.
• Conseil client sur la gestion des coûts pendant les projets.
• Travail avec une supervision limitée sur des projets de construction variés.

Job Description:

THE ROLE

This is an interesting opportunity for a CHARTERED QUANTITY SURVEYOR ideally at Senior level who is seeking a PART-TIME role on a CONTRACT basis in central London.

Some element of hybrid working will be acceptable but easy access and willingness to come into central London is essential.

My client seeks an MRICS or FRICS qualified QS from a PQS background as there is the full range of pre and post contract work required.

The project is valued at c. £6m.

THE COMPANY

My client is a small firm of PQS providing clients with both cost and project management with projects both in the UK and the USA.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS qualified) with 10 years or more PQS experience on London projects.

You will need to have good pre and post contract experience.

You should be able to work with limited supervision.

Experience across a range of building projects is preferred.

Experience of Cost Control and Cost Management essential.

Experience of Cost Planning, Estimating and Cost Reporting essential.

Good knowledge of UK construction industry regulations and standards and contracts.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Strong attention to detail.

You must have excellent English both written and spoken and good client facing skills.

My client will pay a negotiable day rate according to level and ability etc.
