This role is to work within a Public Sector organisation, overseeing construction project costs and contracts. Ensuring projects are kept within budget and contractual obligations.

Day to Day:

  • Work with partner organisations on their capital work projects/ programmes
  • Overseeing Construction project budgets
  • Managing business cases, reviewing costs
  • Project Management
  • Presenting to a board
  • Project progress meetings

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • RICs or CIOB essential
  • Construction related qualification desirable
  • Project Management experience ability to plan and coordinate
  • Experience of working at a senior level
  • Public Sector/ Healthcare experience desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Presentation experience
