Chartered Financial Planner - Nottingham

Our client is seeking a Chartered Financial Planner to join their team. The role involves meeting with clients and prospective clients to provide financial planning aligned with company propositions, aiming to generate compliant initial and ongoing income for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with FCA rules, guidance, and company procedures.
  • Proactively generate new business through existing clients, provided leads, and self-generated opportunities.
  • Handle client affairs with integrity and efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive recommendation reports with support from the ParaPlanning team.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, maximize their potential, and input information into the CRM system promptly.
  • Meet revenue targets, ensure work is compliant, and uphold quality standards.
  • Adhere fully to the company's Private Client Proposition.
  • Work effectively within a team environment.
  • Respond to referrals within the agreed SLA, demonstrating team commitment.
  • Maintain appropriate CPD.
Preferred Experience:
  • Research, analysis, report writing, and file preparation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to team goals.
  • Regulated sales experience.
  • Client management experience.
  • Experience working with professional introducers.
  • Achievement of QCA Level 4 – Essential.
  • Working toward QCA Level 6 – Desired.
