Type of Position: Chartered Financial Planner - Kent

Pay: £50k - £70k

Chartered Financial Planner - Kent

Our client is seeking a Private Client Advisor to join their team. The role involves meeting with clients and prospects to provide tailored financial planning, aiming to generate compliant initial and ongoing income for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with FCA rules, guidance, and company procedures.
  • Proactively generate new business via existing clients, provided leads, and self-initiated opportunities.
  • Handle client affairs with integrity and efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive recommendation reports with support from the Paraplanning team.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, maximizing their potential, and accurately input data into the CRM system promptly.
  • Meet revenue targets and ensure work is completed in a compliant manner aligning with quality standards.
  • Adhere strictly to the company's Private Client Proposition.
  • Work effectively within a team environment.
  • Respond to referrals within the agreed SLA, demonstrating team commitment.
  • Maintain relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Desirable Experience:

  • Research, analysis, report writing, and file preparation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Experience working with professional introducers.
  • Minimum QCA Level 4 qualification – Essential.
