You have achieved your Advanced Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. You may not yet have achieved CAS status, but this would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances and future aims, aligning with Lifestyle Financial Planning principles.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance procedures to safeguard the company by meeting all regulatory aspects of the role.
  • Develop your product, technical and regulatory knowledge to stay up to date with the latest financial regulations.
  • Actively seek opportunities for client growth through referrals and self-generation.
  • Adhere to AML requirements and deliver suitability reports within prescribed timescales.
  • Follow through with clients and providers to ensure business is completed in a timely manner.
  • Escalate any breaches or concerns to a Regional Director or Compliance team member promptly.
  • Maintain a high standard of file quality.
  • Maintain continuous professional development records and comprehensive knowledge of pensions, investments, and estate planning.

  • Good organisational, time management, and caseload management skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative, sometimes for long time periods
  • Professional, ethical and discreet
  • Ability to build and maintain ongoing client relationships
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail
